Hi guys I am very sorry I have not been posting for a while I guess it is almost 2 months. Well I am going to do my best to try and stsrt posting. Well this summer has been preety nice for me. I went to my fathers hometown in Nigeria which is my hometown. that was like the second time I had gone there. I had gone when I as just a baby. Then I went to my mother's home. I have been there lots and lots of times right from when I was born. Then I went to the place I usuallly every summer. Maine Coon

Everything about the Maine Coon points to its adaptation to a harsh climate. Its glossy coat, heavy and water-resistant.

Well we have talked about 3 breeds of fishes, now we are going to talk about how to care for the fishes
Here are some tips for taking care of your fishes

1. Some ordinary water may be put directly into the tank without further treatment. More often, though, the condition of the water is unsuitable due to the presence of chlorine and an excess of dissolved gases. Conditioning the water is a strongly recommended safeguard.

2. The best temperature for individual freshwater aquarium fish varies among species, but a temperature range between 74 and 78E (23 – 26EC) seems suitable to most.Waters of higher temperatures have an increased bacterial count and a reduction ofdissolved oxygen. Sudden temperature changes tend to cause shock and fish, followed by disease

3. Light, in the aquaruim be a natural or artificial, is mandatory for successful maintenance of an aquarium.About 12 hours of light per day is optimum. Fish need light to see, feed, and reproduced.Light also has a definite effect on the fish's’ color

4. The aquarium should be located in a position to take advantage of any available daylight, but not direct sunlight. Near a window is preferable, but the tank should not be in a position where the sun shines directly into its and over heats the water.Elevated temperatures kill both fish and plants.

Queen Anglefish

Despite its bright colors, the Queen Angelfish blends well with its natural habitat. This fish and its close relative the Blue Angelfish, commonly hybridize -- that is, a Queen Angelfish and a Blue Angelfish will mate with each other, producing young fish that are a combination of their parents. Hybridizing between species of reef-dwelling fishes is extremely rare, except for these two angelfishes.
Queen Angelfish are found throughout the Caribbean but are seen only occassionally. Like other Angelfishes and Butterflyfishes, Queen Angelfish have tall, narrow bodies. Because they are so thin, they can turn quickly and can maneuver down into narrow cracks between the corals to hunt their prey. They swim by rowing with their pectoral fins. Their long dorsal, anal, and caudal (tail) fins allow them to turn quickly. The adult Queen Angelfish was about 12 inches long.

Largemouth Basses love to clamp their large mouths down on other fishes, and anglers often go after this popular catch with live bait. They belong to the sunfish and bass family, Centrarchidae. Centrarchids are native to warm freshwater areas of North America and have been introduced throughout much of the continent. They are compressed, oval-shaped, spiny-rayed fishes with a continuous dorsal fin. Most live in lakes and streams, where their round, pebbly nests are a common sight in spring and summer.

Goldfishes originates from China.

Large populations of Goldfish can crowd out native fishes.
They should never be let go in ponds or streams in the wild.

Getting ready to have puppies?

Are you getting ready for the pitter-patter of little paws?
As with humans, one can minimize complications with proper care in pregnancy.
Having puppies may sound easy and it may seem like the dog does all the work but that is not always how it turns out.

FEEDING
The expectant mother will gradually require increasing amounts of food to nourish her developing litter. A food approved for growth (i.e. a puppy food) will certainly be necessary during the nursing period and pregnancy may be a good time to transition into this new diet.

EXERCISE
Regular walking helps the expectant mother keep up her strength but intensive training, showing, or even obedience school is probably too stressful. Obesity is a dangerous problem for pregnant dogs and serious blood sugar regulation problems can put the litter at risk. Still, pregnancy is not the time for a weight loss program. Your vet will help guide you regarding the optimal nutrition plan for your individual dog.

VACCINATION
A female dog should not be vaccinated during pregnancy; there are sera in the vaccine which could be harmful to the developing fetus. Ideally, the female should be vaccinated just prior to breeding. She will be passing on her immunity to her pups in the first milk she produces (special milk called “colostrum”) so we want her antibody levels to be at their peak yet we want to avoid vaccination during pregnancy.

PARASITE CONTROL
If the expectant mother uses a heartworm preventive product normally, she may continue to do so during pregnancy. All heartworm products available are approved for use in pregnancy and lactation.
Flea control is important during pregnancy though is more important after the puppies are born. It is important to use a safe product during pregnancy.

Feeding of Dogs

1. Do not use dairy products. They can cause diarrhea in an adult dog. Dogs can develop lactose intolerance just as we can.
2. Too much liver for your dog can be harmful.
3. Don't turn your dog into a vegetarian
4. Fat scraps for your dog are not healthy.
5. Never leave your dog without water.
6. Don't feed dogs from plastic dishes
7. Don't feed your dog from combined food and water dishes.
8. Bloat-Prone dogs should not be eating from a dish on the floor
9. Don't teach your dog to beg.
10. Don't mix and match quality
11. Don't over supplement
12. Don't exercise your dog right after meals.

1. Try and make your dogs bath time a pleasant experience
2. Here is some things to remember before you start grooming.
Brush, comb, detangler, shampoo, cotton balls, towel.

3. Do not bathe your dog too often because that will dry out the skin, deplete healthy oils from the coat and skin, and lead to scratching and irritation. Frequency is largely dependent on the breed and activities of the dog. Dogs who spend a lot of time outside or engage in outdoor activities that expose them to dirt, bugs and/or debris typically require more bathing, perhaps every 6 weeks or more frequently.
4. Remember that after being indoors during the colder months, a dog's fur and skin can become dry. And if your dog grows an undercoat, you need to comb it out in warmer weather This will now be the last tip Iwill give you
Always prepare your dog for his first bath.

Well as you have seen we have first talked aout dogs. Now we are going to talk about taking care of them. Because you can't just own a dog and not yet learn how to care for them.
So let us get started.
The first aspect we are going to talk about is the aspect of exercising your dog.
The first thing to say is that:
1. Exercise doesn't have to be difficult. You don't have to pay for it. And doing it will make you feel really, really good.
2. Exercise is good for you and your dog. It will help keep your dog's heart, lungs, and muscles strong and healthy so he lives longer. And we all want our dogs to live longer.
3. Use toys for all kinds of running and catching games. It's good for your dog to run and stretch his legs out. You can run with him if you like! Watch your dog when he's running - is he smiling? Of course he is, because he enjoys it.
4. Walking is a simple exercise and good for both of you. It's even good for your family and the neighbors. Why? First, because it gets you out of the house and gives your parents a break. Second, the neighbors will have a chance to visit with you and your dog and say "Hello". You might even meet a new friend while traveling the neighborhood.
So try and always exercise you dogs.
